The Opportunity Lightroom’s vision is to empower anyone to create beautiful images & videos, express their vision, and grow into better photographers. First launched in 2014, Lightroom Web was a complementary platform to the Desktop app mainly supporting sharing workflows with limited editing capabilities. In 2023, Web brought top converting features like AI masking, adaptive presets, AI heal and so on, paid MAU now records 250K. However, not many users are aware of the powerful capabilities Lightroom web offers, market awareness and adoption has been an ongoing challenge. As Lightroom targets to grow the next 100M customers, Lightroom Web will play an integral part to drive this growth in the photo hobbyist (primary) and mobile enthusiast (secondary) user bases.What You'll DoChampion the development of a new product capability or market opportunity, e.g. AI-powered solutions and generative technologies, with support from product management, engineering, design, and researchTalk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc.Build market expertise through market research and competitive analysisDemonstrate creative problem-solving through design thinking and brainstorming with design partners to identify possible solutions. Test solutions with usersComfort in the “problem space” with a willingness to challenge assumptions, solicit diverse perspectives, and understand the "why" and not just the "what".Outline a summer product roadmap incorporating innovative solutions for your areas of responsibility through a partnership with engineering and designDrive day-to-day product management, including detailed feature definition, team assignments, and coordination across parts of Adobe Lightroom and the broader Adobe organizationsWhat You'll Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2024 and June 2025Exceptional written and verbal communication used to inspire teams, communicate vision, and help drive consensus and forward motionDemonstrated data-driven decision-making skills and structured thinking by utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform recommendations and decisionsA desire to collaborate and work across multiple teams to establish a winning strategy and achieve results by applying product management principles and frameworksOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
