Expectations will be on the below lines:As an Engineering Manager, you will drive a team of passionate engineers. You and your team will be responsible for Design and develop features/services/APIs for Digital Marketing platform.Build Reliable, scalable and secure cloud services. Specific responsibilities include driving the team on innovation and implementation, creating and reviewing architectural designs, mentoring the team, and honing its engineering skillsLeading a team of talented engineers, including architecture, design, code reviews & people management.Create technical specifications, prototypes, and presentations to communicate your ideasOwn progress of the product through the development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring visibility to senior leadershipPartner with product management to define and refine our product roadmap, user experience, priorities, and schedule.Strive to build an inclusive team supporting diverse opinionsUse a combination of data and instinct to make decisions and move at a rapid pace.Craft a culture of collaboration and shared accomplishmentsRequirementsStrong hands-on experience on Cloud Services development8-12 years of proven industry experience with 2+ years as an Engineering ManagerPrior experience in mentoring senior engineersStrong technical skills with experience in designing & developing servicesSelf-motivated with a desire to mentor a team and the ability to drive the team to accomplish high-quality deliverablesCan set and meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize.
