Summary Posted: Aug 27, 2024 Weekly Hours: 35 Role Number: 200564211 Apple is looking for an experienced Creative Resource Manager to join the Operations team within Product, Design & Marketing for a 12 month fixed-term contract. We are a large global creative group within Apple Services - with hubs in Silicon Valley, Culver City, New York, London, and Singapore, and smaller studios located across the globe.
In this role, you will work with International business partners and cross functional teams to find the best contingent workforce talent, maintaining staffing supplier relationships, conducting sourcing kickoffs, tracking worker status, reporting on program metrics, managing to corporate and organisational policy, and helping to communicate policy changes. Description Description You will be responsible for:
* Liaising between our creative team and our staffing partners to forecast contingent resourcing needs
* Partnering with Assignment Managers on resourcing requests
* Screening Candidates for core competencies
* Collaborating with staffing agencies to fill resource needs for project roles
* Maintaining a database of current and upcoming assignments
* Connecting with internal teams to effectively onboard and offboard contingent workers
* Report on program metrics for purposes of quarterly and annual planning and ad hoc as requested
* Partner with Program Lead to source Managed Service Provider(s) and other staffing solutions
* Partner with Program Lead to source alternative staffing suppliers
* Liase with in-market HR Legal and Talent Mobility teams to ensure compliance to corporate policies and practices
* Work with Program lead to document and evangelize program details / changes as applicable for International markets Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Proven demonstrable experience within a creative resourcing role for an ad/creative agency is ideal Experience working with/managing relationships with creative staffing suppliers Understanding of contractor management, employment law and various types of contingent workers Experience working with globally distributed teams and understanding the nuances of a global program Knowledge of the creative process and creative skillsets The ability to gather and analyse data and draw valid conclusions Ability to be both diplomatic and firm when necessary to obtain results Clear and concise verbal, written, and presentation skills to various levels of stakeholders Passion for simplifying workflows for ease of use and consistency Proactive problem solving abilities to deal with challenging stakeholders and shifting priorities Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Keeps up with trends in design and creative operations The ability to travel and flexible working hours will be necessary High level of patience, diplomacy and fortitude and a strong voice in a fast-moving environment.
