Description Description The Platform Services & Operations team in Core OS is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead the architecture design, and development of essential workflow tooling at scale. The Workflow Engineering team enable teams to deliver high quality software through best in class engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your focus is delivering exceptional workflow applications and tooling, that enable measurable improvements to Workflow Engineering objectives, through effective technical and team leadership. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications You are passionate about software engineering and delivering products that delight its users You have extensive experience architecting internal tooling solutions for scalability and testability You are effective at building a high-performing team and aligning them with a mission and internal partners You enjoy providing technical leadership to your team while working alongside them to achieve development milestones You are an advocate for continuous improvement culture in software engineering You are excited when leading engineering discussions and demonstrating your team’s achievements Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications In Depth knowledge of Python and common coding standards 3+ years of front end web development using Angular or React Knowledge of source control systems interfaces and features Ability to design, and deploy hosted services and applications in containerized environments, such as Kubernetes Proficient with SQL database interfaces and queries Experience with refactoring techniques and managing technical debt B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience 5+ years’ experience in full stack software development 3+ years’ experience managing a software development team Experience with Software Development LifeCycle models: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Project management: plan and drive efforts, working across partner teams towards a unified goal Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements More
