Do you strive to continuously improve the overall experience and success of our customers?The Partner Customer Success Manager is a key role to driving onboarding, adoption and value delivery by providing post-sales mentorship to Autodesk Partners who are working with their customers to help them reach their business outcomes.You will utilize your combination of industry knowledge, business strategy expertise, product knowledge, and account management experience to empower our Partners to incorporate Autodesk Customer Success standard methodologies that will help their customers innovate more quickly and gain an advantage in the marketplace.In this role you will partner with Sales and Partners on account planning and provide customer health leadership, handle customer concerns on at-risk accounts, strategize on 1:many customer success initiatives and be a resource on how best to use customer success strategies.This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence customers' and Autodesk’s future success.ResponsibilitiesAssist in helping our Partners develop Customer Success Plans that ensure the successful and broad adoption of Autodesk solutionsWork with assigned Partners on identifying and closing gaps in Partner capabilities and monitoring services delivery status and qualityIdentify optimization opportunities where Partners can work with their customers to help improve adoption of Autodesk solutionsMonitor customer usage data and health indicatorsLead and collaborate interdepartmentally to resolve customer issuesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Autodesk solutions and associated business benefits to address their needsResponsibilities may include conducting customer health checks, relationship surveys, and finding opportunities to expand relationshipBuild strong relationships for business planning with extended teamRespond to Partner and customer inquiries in a professional and prompt mannerBe the customer's voice and provide feedback to Partners and internal teams on how we can better serve our customersMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and education10+ years in sales or service delivery in customer or Partner facing rolesExperience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical areaDeep understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerationsAbility to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressureCollaborative and consultative work style, ability to thrive in a high velocity, highly dynamic work environmentExperience with complex customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level consensusStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredSelf-motivated and driven to high performanceStrong problem-solving abilitiesYou display high energy, maintain a positive attitude, have contagious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that helps you and those around you adapt to the changing business environment The Ideal Candidate Background needs to be in customer facing roles including account management, customer support, product management or salesExcellent interpersonal skills will be needed in order to build strong relationships, particularly with field organizations and Partners, which will be essential to successYou operate well in an environment that changes quickly and is not always 100% clear what needs to happen and whenYou are enthusiastic and creative with the ability to inspire, influence and encourage others, in both relationships with customers and peersYou are not afraid to say, “I don’t know” and take time to find the answerLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
