The team consists of 7 people and reports to theAbout You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  1+years of experience with the Linux operating system (Preferably CentOS, Oracle Linux)1+ years of experience with Python and Bash scripting and automations1+ years of experience with Enterprise level networks including protocols, routing and switching (Layers 4-7)1 +years of experience with Shared Storage HW and protocols (NAS\SAN) – advantage1+ years of experience in conducting research in system solutions/products and performing proof of concept testing1+years of researching and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse, compare.Education Bachelor's degree in computer science OR  a related field, OR a technical course, or equivalent combinations of education and experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .  Experienced with Windows serverKnowledge of Service Now coding and integration – advantageExperience with Kubernetes/Containers – advantageExperience with Helm Charts - advantageExperience with Ansible – advantageGood working knowledge of authentication protocols and encryption methods What will you be doing in this role? You will take part of the implementation, operational support, maintenance and optimization of systems integrations and automations.In this role you will contribute to our talented global system team and join them in shaping our emerging cloud solution while using innovative technologies.A typical day might include the following:Maintaining, analysing and troubleshooting automations, system related issues and providing thorough, timely resolutions to operational issuesDesigning, implementing and configuring system infrastructures and toolscollaborating with global teams to meet project goals and deliveries Developing and maintaining processes, knowledge articles and documentationDeveloping and managing automations and configuration management toolsDealing with compute resources and hardwareLinux and windows servers (OS level) Virtualization (Red Hat KVM), VMware, Oracle virtualization, Containers (K8’s) Managing infrastructure support tools About the team: The team is a global team of 7, our supportive team is both operational and project based, allowing us to both maintain existing systems but also to implement large technical projects which aims to improve current state and to put into place new and interesting technologies.  We operate a variety of virtualization technologies including VmWare, KVM, OLVM and K8s, with Linux being the OS backbone of most of our technologies.  We’re looking for people who are passionate about technology and come with a true engineering mindset – interested in understanding how things work, and developing creative solutions to technical problems.Hours of Work / More important information for you:Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office this is a  hybrid mode position .This is a full-time position.Why Ex Libris?At Ex Libris, we value our employees and are striving to create the perfect balance between work and home life.
