We're in search of a dynamic and goal-oriented individual to join our global education services team as a Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advising and leading sales engagements with enterprise customers, encouraging business growth, refining sales strategies and marketing plans alongside partners and internal teams, and collaborating with operations to improve sales matrices, pipeline visibility, and data accuracy.What you'll be doing:Advise and promote NVIDIA’s education services portfolio to enterprise customersAct as a knowledgeable training advisor, guiding customers on suitable training programs, learning paths, and certification tracks within NVIDIA's solutions portfolio.Expand the education-services business through partnerships with 3rd party partnersCoordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth training session execution, boost sales, and improve ongoing collaborations.Work closely with fellow training advisors and the marketing team to devise strategies for growing sales, customer engagement, and pipeline reporting.Conduct market research and business development analysis to pinpoint training opportunities and industry trends.Assist in crafting effective marketing materials to promote training programs.Supervise and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvementWhat we need to see:Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years Proven experience in business development/sales, particularly in training and education sectors.Proven successful track record of business scaling, preferably within professional or training services domains for a min of 5 years.Detailed understanding of NVIDIA's solutions portfolio and associated training programs.Technical background and familiarity with data center solutions.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.Capacity to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
