Pivoting between solution discussions and territory management, you will reinforce the Calix value proposition. You will also deliver compelling presentations, and build customer aligned service solutions. In this role, you will interact with and influence our customers at all levels. You will provide sales support and strategy surrounding Calix’s service offerings for all products and solutions.More about our Early Career Program:We are investing in your future for a fulfilling career at Calix.  With the help, support and mentorship of a great team, we will provide you with all the tools and knowledge to get started - just bring the drive, desire and motivation to be successful. The skills you will develop:Support a territory by finding and leading sales opportunities, and helping to close service solution sales. Work as a team to build trusted relationships with customers while supporting and driving Sales efforts.Deliver compelling presentations, handle objections, and provide assistance in closing the sale.Use data to find new sales opportunities inside and outside of our customer base.Qualifications:Business oriented Bachelor’s degree preferred.Travel expectations: 25% of the time on an as needed basis.Strong interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking in public forums.Strong presentation skills, including preparation, delivery, and debrief. Sales reporting, funnel management, opportunity creation, and forecasting (preferred)Must have a valid Driver's License.Compensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States.
