If you have a passion for leading teams and using bleeding edge Generative AI capabilities to a large organization, this position is for you!What you'll Do Lead the team that uses GenAI to deliver key security insights across our productsManage security developers that deliver security recommendation engines to product development teamsChampion a culture which encourages team members to make big bets to reduce security risk in our productsMentor and lead a development team that partners and cares deeply about our internal Adobe developer's customer experienceBrings data insights into all aspects of the delivered security capabilitiesBuild and report on organizational Objectives and Key Results to all levels of the organizationDrive continuous improvement in both process and tooling to ensure developers are delighted with our GenAI security offeringsWhat you need to succeedBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent8+ years of experience managing and leading a team of developers/engineers in the information security domainSignificant experience in GenAI models, secure engineering, and API securityExpertise in leading security projects (including reviews, tool development, and security best practices)Expertise in deploying security recommendation systems at enterprise scaleExpertise in reviewing source code for security vulnerabilities and applying that knowledge to building scalable GenAI systemsExperience in building high performing teamsStrong ability to use metrics to drive actions and organizational changeProven ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-security partnersCommitment to challenge the status quo, continuous improvement, and lifelong learningExperience with pysperk, SQL, and Scala a plusOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $295,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
