The Marcom Greater China team, part of Apple's global Marketing Communications team, is responsible for all consumer-facing communications, including advertising, apple.com, direct marketing, Apple retail, channel, digital commerce, packaging, video, corporate identity, and partner communications. The Digital Commerce team is crucial to our core business strategy, driving E-Commerce standards and digital innovation across multiple online platforms. As Sr. Experience Producer, you will lead platform establishment and redesign efforts to enhance customer experience, ensure frictionless buy flows, design adaptable infrastructure, and highlight the advantages of buying Apple products throughout the journey. This role requires close collaboration with in-house Creative, Retail Brand, Brand teams, and stakeholders from Retail ASO, Interactive, PM, DCM, and an external digital agency. Description Description This role will work on E-Commerce flagship store setup, UX and buy flow optimization, digital innovation, project management, and execution across platforms like Tmall, Douyin, and mini-programs in WeChat or Alipay ecosystem Drive creative and technical programs across a variety of 3rd party sites. Write creative briefs and develop project schedules. Work effectively with creative, cross-functional teams and external agencies. Build strong relationships with colleagues and business partners. Work closely with Digital Commerce Lead, Retail Brand Lead & leadership to communicate status and risks. Balance project scope, priorities and goals with various stakeholders. Manage all aspects of digital production across mobile applications and social platforms. Deliver comprehensive bespoke assets to key stakeholders and ensure quality of implementation. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bilingual in Chinese and English. 8+ years of relevant work experience in a leading digital creative agency, in-house marketing communications, or E-Commerce, Digital Marketing department. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications E-Commerce/Social commerce experience is required. Self-starter, self-motivated, self-sufficient. Committed to excellence and an outstanding attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of end-to-end web technologies. Solid experience managing complex programs in fast paced and changing environments. Able to organize information quickly and summarize succinctly. Accommodate rapid change and ambiguity, and working under tight deadlines. Able to communicate effectively one-on-one and in large groups.
