Summary Posted: Aug 22, 2024 Weekly Hours: 35 Role Number: 200564776 Apple is seeking a Partner Relationship Manager in the Wallet Business Operations team to lead post-launch activities and to improve operational performance in the areas of reporting, test programs, partner support, data management and insights among a wide range of countries and partners (banks, transit operators, payment networks, venues, loyalty schemes and more). The Business Operations team is responsible for the operational readiness and launch of Apple Wallet partners and working with them on an ongoing basis to manage data efficiently, maintain key metrics and handle day to day interactions effectively.
As part of the EMEIA Business Operations team based in London, within the Apple Pay International team, in this role you will be the go-to operations contact for all partners that have been onboarded on Apple Wallet. Internally you will collaborate with teams across business development, operations, finance, engineering and analytics to create and maintain a consolidated view of our ecosystem, maintain quality standards, identify trends, lead projects and continuously streamline our processes.
