Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Responsibilities • Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating of leadership materials and proposing changes as needed. • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer • Develop a cohesive, relevant curriculum by partnering with organization leaders • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs • State instructional end goals and create content that matches them • Project, manage, and review the quality of output• Applying instructional design theories and methods, and utilizing multimedia tools to enhance the learning process. • Conduct instructional research and develop assessment instruments • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc) • Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments • Maintain project documentation, participant roster, and course folder• 360 learning experiences, click, and-drag based interactions using Adobe Captivate • Research and implement new technologies into instruction Qualifications • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. • Required language(s): English, Filipino • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. • With 1 year BPO experience • Applicants must be well-versed in creating E-courses and videos in Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360 • Willing to work on shifting schedules • Willing to work onsite in Bacolod/Manila (Bench or Eastwood)What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
