Industrial Print Contracts AdministratorDescription -The Contracts Administrator is a critical role within the Industrial Print Sales Operations team. Contracts Administrators work within the organization to manage the creation, delivery, receipt, and validation of contracts and related documentation used in the sales process for Industrial Print products and services. The Contracts Administrator applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.Responsibilities: Prepares and reviews materials to facilitate and support sales activities for internal and external customers in the Americas region, coordinating with cross-functional business units as well as external-facing representatives. Owns and reviews reports detailing performance indicators, sales trends, and other sales data-related analysis; highlights implications, drawing conclusions and recommendations from trends and observations.Coordinates archiving, access, and usage of contract documents in HP storage systems such as Service Now, JIRA, SharePoint, cloud-based file shares, and other tools.
