サービス・ソフトウエア製品マーケティングDescription -概要 WS/ワークフォースソリューション事業本部において、サービス製品・ソフトウエア製品の製品マーケティング、あるいは、ビジネス開発担当として、4Pの企画・実現にあたります。WW/GA内での日本の貢献は大きく、製品改修や計画に対して発言機会も多く、投資対象でもあり、益々の成長を期待されている事業です。業務内容コマーシャルHW(PC/プリンタ)のサービス製品、ソフトウエア製品の製品マーケティング・ビジネス開発担当:製品の投入・改廃、価格付け、キャンペーンなどGTM/スペシャリスト営業と協議し、計画・実施、受注予測、損益管理など、担当分野について責任をもって実施リードします。主なサービス・ソフトウエア:Care Pack/Active Careなどの保守サービス、Wolfセキュリティ・Anywareなどのソフトウエア対象市場セグメントは、製品毎異なるもののSMBから大手企業、パブリックセクターまでの全ての領域で、ハイタッチの直販やSI協業から、ボリュームを目指す間接販売まで多岐に渡ります。顧客やパートナーからのニーズを補足し、サービス内容・ソフトウエアの改修提案に参加、中期的なビジネスプランにも入っていただく。製品の仕様確認、キャンペーンの交渉等で、WW/GAの担当者など海外との交渉実務もあり。外資でのキャリア形成の一つとなります。必要とされるスキル・経験基本的なマーケティング手法や考え方の理解、IT市場や製品理解製品やプロジェクトの企画、実現のための関係者調整、プロジェクト管理などの経験事業やプロジェクトの課題解決のための分析から提案などのとりまとめの経験英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な人(TOEIC、英語経験については応相談)新しい企画、チャレンジに前向きな人製品・サービスについての理解、営業やマーケティング経験English description Job Summary• This role is responsible for product line management and contribution to defining business plans and growth strategies. The role collaborates with internal teams for seamless execution and monitors KPIs to identify improvement areas.
