Job Requisition ID #24WD81047Position OverviewThe Senior Manager, Growth & Demand Marketing APAC is a pivotal role responsible for strategizing, developing, and executing integrated marketing programs to accelerate growth throughout the customer journey (acquisition and expansion). Reporting to the Marketing Director APAC, the role collaborates closely with APAC sales leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver on business goals and revenue targets.The Senior Manager, Growth & Demand Marketing APAC oversees the execution of strategic and tactical programs that educate and generate market awareness, drive demand in target accounts (ABX) and personas and build customer loyalty. Leading a team across marketing programs, digital marketing and operations, the role is responsible for overseeing the execution of integrated campaigns both directly and through the Autodesk channel partners.We are seeking an individual adept at implementing a holistic brand-to-demand strategy with significant experience in ABM, SMB, and Enterprise Marketing. The role demands strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign results and optimizing marketing funnels. A passion for marketing innovation and AI are a must!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated marketing programs to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer expansion centred around ABMOwn the plan, ensuring effective scaling and execution across paid media, social, email and other channelsCollaborate closely with global marketing, product marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, content marketing, sales to create campaigns (product and persons led) , funnel narratives, and content aligned with Autodesk Construction Cloud positioning and messagingUnderstand and address buyer persona challenges through targeted campaignsSupport CLM/PLG programs in APACCollaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journeyLead team-wide view of lead flow, demand governance, lead queue performance and demand capacity planningWork with sales and BDR teams to manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate leads in funnelMonitor and report on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine and optimise marketing and revenue strategiesIdentify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processesStay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices (including AI) to ensure our strategies are innovative and effectiveOversee regional marketing mix and budget; accountable for the ROI of marketing programsLead, manage and mentor a high-performing and agile marketing teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencersMinimum QualificationsDegree in Business/Marketing/Communications10+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience leading SaaS B2B demand/ABM/lead generation with demonstrated lead, pipeline, and revenue growthExperience with SaaS/platform solutions and complex buying committees highly regarded, with Enterprise B2B experience strongly preferredDemonstrated experience and success with account-based marketing (ABM)Analytically driven decision maker, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive marketing strategies and decisionsObsessed with customer experience and customer journey; know how to create programs that work at each stage of the journey and add value, create engagement, and drive actionDeep experience working with BDR/SDR team and with Sales management to set strategy, lead scoring, and evaluate results of campaignsMarketo knowledge preferred, or a comparable marketing automation platform requiredExperience with other platforms including Salesforce, Google Analytics, attribution toolsAbility to lead projects across cross functional teamsBrings a testing and optimization framework to each approach, constantly striving to improve past performanceExcellent written and communication skillsStrong stakeholder engagement, influencing and collaboration skills    Knowledge of the AEC/Construction industry a plus#LI-JT1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
