Job Requisition ID #24WD81055Position OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at Autodesk Singapore. We are looking for a motivated, innovative, pragmatic quality assurance engineering to join our Vault product team. Our team develops, maintains and supports Autodesk PDM products. PDM is an ecosystem of Client & Server components, Web/Mobile client, File/Database Replication Engines, SDK, CAD Add-ins, Cloud Services and a variety of integrations with world leading CAD Products such as AutoCAD, Inventor and Revit. The PDM suite of products is used by companies globally, including large enterprises to manage engineering design data across multiple sites in different continents.Responsibilities Work with the engineering team to complete testing of new functionalities and servicesIdentify and log defects found through the testing activitiesDocument test plans, test cases, test results and communicate with engineering to drive good quality deliverablesOwn & drive initiatives related to improving quality, stability, reliability and usability of Vault’s desktop, cloud connected, & mobile offeringsOrganize and participate in all phases of release activities, from alpha, beta version, to final releaseAssist in evaluating and use testing tools and test frameworksMonitor user forums and other channels like slack to detect defects from customer issues in production softwareCollaborate with Product Support and customers to resolve customer issuesMonitor various quality metrics across the board to identify potential issuesCreate automated test cases and triage automation failures to ensure quality in different environmentsEffectively communicate and collaborate across global teamsMinimum Qualifications BS or above in Mechanical or Computer Science or equivalent.2+ years' experience in software/Web testing and quality assuranceExtensive knowledge of test concepts, practices and proceduresKnowledge of Product Data Management(PDM) or Product Lifecycle Management(PLM) domainExperience with Python, Javascript or other script languageExperience with automation frameworks such as Test Complete, Selenium, Cypress, PostmanExcellent problem solving skills and aptitude to learn new technologies and methodologiesExcellent communication skills in EnglishSelf-directed, Creative, Proactive and require minimal supervisionPreferred QualificationsExperience with Scrum and Agile processExperience in software performance and security testingExperience working with CAD softwareKnowledge with Cloud Architecture and Web Service#LI-PW1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
