Develops site, standards and compliance knowledge. Learns to use professional concepts to resolve routine entry issues within a limited scope. Receives detailed instructions on all work.ResponsibilitiesAudits & CertificationsCommunicates basic standards and regulatory compliance audit schedules within a limited scopeMaintains and distributes routine certification assets to stakeholders internal and external to EquinixManagement SystemsProvides routine site level logistical support for management review meetingsSupports the basic maintenance of compliance records in local/global repositories, including: records relevant to Operations compliance(QISBC and EHS)Program ManagementPrepares basic reports based on compliance audits and other program dataSupport compliance tools/systems under guidance of senior staff within the teamTrainingLearns to use professional concepts of basic regulatory compliance training and is building the basic knowledge of standards and how to use the systemMaintains training records and the training schedule and logistics, within a limited scopeAssists with follow-up of basic compliance training completion2nd Line ResponsibilitiesFields routine communications: requests for assistance, questions, reports of non-compliance, etc.Fields basic questions, works with manager or senior teammates to compile and communicate responsesPasses more complex issues to senior teammatesCompliance ImplementationFields entry level questions, works with manager or senior teammates to compile and communicate responsesEscalates more complex issues to senior teammatesTracks actions that are not in compliance with policies in the management system QualificationsProven years of experienceAssociates Degree preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
