Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:As the L&D Manager, you will lead end-to-end learning program solutions, heavily focused on in-person and virtual course facilitation and delivery of people manager and team effectiveness/building content. Using expert facilitation skills, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive live in-person or virtual experiences for CrowdStrike people managers and teams worldwide. As a global company, the role requires scheduling flexibility for multiple time zones and availability for domestic and global travel for onsite learning programs. Audiences can include CrowdStrike employees across all levels, from intern to C-suite.
