The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce applications and support, ensuring that our Sales and Finance teams have the tools and resources they need, especially during critical quarter-end and month-end activities. While Salesforce expertise is paramount, experience with Netsuite will be considered a valuable asset.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Management:Oversee the administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.Lead and manage Salesforce projects, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise systems.Provide hands-on support during critical periods such as quarter-end and month-end, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.Application Support & Optimization:Ensure the stability and reliability of all enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Salesforce.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes through the effective use of technology.Manage application support issues, prioritize them based on business impact, and ensure timely resolution.Act as the escalation point for complex application issues, providing hands-on support when necessary.Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead a team of application specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure that enterprise applications are effectively supporting business objectives.Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the performance and functionality of enterprise applications.Netsuite Support (Nice to Have):Provide support for Netsuite applications, including troubleshooting issues and working on enhancements as required.Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure that Netsuite is optimized for financial operations, particularly during month-end and quarter-end close processes.Assist with Netsuite integrations and data management tasks as needed.Project Management:Plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise application projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress to ensure successful project outcomes.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure all enterprise applications comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in enterprise applications, particularly in Salesforce, and apply them to enhance our systems.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:5+ years of experience managing and supporting enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.Proven experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and project management.Hands-on experience with Salesforce during critical business periods, such as quarter-end and month-end, is essential.Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems is highly desirable but not required.Strong understanding of sales, finance, and business processes.Skills:Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and communicative approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
