You understand a spectrum of technologies at varying degrees of expertise. We use React, Next.js, Apollo Client, Typescript, GraphQL Codegen, and Styled Components on the frontend and Elixir, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Redis, and AWS on the backendExperience leading people, including providing formal and informal feedbackPassion for collaborating with design from concept to production, and helping engineers to do likewiseTrack record of delivering beautiful and performant software, including a strong sense of clean animations and flexible layoutProficient in developing secure, hardened codeEager to innovate on performance with load optimizations, pre-fetching, and animationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $130,900 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
