This role will work alongside industry growth leaders to help craft the future offer roadmap using data insights and market research, in partnership with teams across Adobe that are designing, building, and refining core product and commerce flows.You are a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple contributors and collaborators.What You'll DoExplore GenAI document trends, including users’ willingness to pay for embedded functionalityResearch the best upsell and add-on models for emerging GenAI features– both on the web and integrated into freemium desktop products and browser extensionsDefine experience recommendations, offer and pricing models, and test ideas for Adobe.com and integrated commerce experiences for new offers  Build a prioritized roadmap of tests to validate hypothesesWhat You’ll Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 – June 2025Passion for GenAI, user-centric design, efficient workflows and eCommerce innovationAbility to form hypotheses based on customer insights and dataWillingness to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendationsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding sense of humor!Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
