A deep knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce optimizations across customer segments will be key as you partner across several teams to improve customer experience and drive acquisition growth.What You’ll DoCollaborate across marketing, product management, ecommerce, web and analytics functions to drive initiatives that lead to revenue growth, trial conversions and deliver on quarterly and annual growth targets.Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, their challenges, and behaviors to build out personalized customer journeys that generate incremental revenue while improving relevancy.Maintain strong communication with worldwide peers and stake-holders to represent their needs in your planning here at headquarters, and ensure that the impact of strategies, programs and improvements will help deliver our regional revenue goals.Understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into impactful recommendations for growth.Use data driven business models to optimize customer experiences and improve conversion.Provide updates to cross functional teams regarding business trends, changes in customer behavior, and highlight progress of key initiatives.What You’ll Need to SucceedMust be currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 – June 2025Experience collaborating across multi-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.Knowledge of analyzing web data that leads to recommendations for site optimization and improved conversion.The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, communicating supporting facts and data to back up the position.Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, attention to detail, and experience in managing multiple projects/tasks concurrently.Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience in data analytics tools such as tableau and Adobe Analytics.TBDOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $91,900 -- $179,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
