Graduate - Customer Experience CoordinatorDescription -We are seeking a dedicated and organized Graduate Customer Experience Coordinator to join the Customer Welcome Center team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and world-class experience for all visitors to our center. This role involves managing customer logistics and providing a 5-star hospitality experience to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interaction, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling Management: Oversee the center’s scheduling activities, including assigning owners, booking resources, and effectively communicating with requestors to ensure smooth operations.Hospitality and Visitor Experience: Welcome and greet customers, partners, and influencers upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and well-attended to prior to their briefings.Assist the Customer Experience Lead team with event planning and execution as required.Customer Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with local facilities, catering companies and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. Deliver a world-class experience by setting up rooms, creating welcome packs, printing labels for events, and gathering visitor feedback.Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical inventory checks at the center and update inventory records in the inventory management tool.Qualifying RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or related field completed in the last 2 year.Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.Proficient level of English, a second European language would be a plus.QualificationsSuperb organizational and event management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.What we offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
