In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support eBay’s Ethics and Employment functions! What you will accomplish: Manage, track, and coordinate responses to information requests from internal and external partners.Support our global investigations program including reviewing reports made to eBay’s Integrity Helpline, extracting and analyzing data, developing investigation plans, and collaborating with partners including Legal, People, and Security.Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of ethics & employment-related policies and procedures.Support data analytics and reporting for the Ethics and Employment functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support other compliance initiatives and projects. What you will bring:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in business, legal studies, or a related field.Excellent research and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with a variety of partners.Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong process and problem-solving skills, including prioritization of matters and proactive identification of issues and risks.Proficient in Microsoft Office and GSuite.Experience working in a global organization across time zones and across cultures.Prior experience with ethics & compliance and/or employment law a plus.#LI-GJPThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$73,600 - $114,400Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
