Sales Operations Services, the service team for all GTM functions, have a role for you in Barcelona,reporting into the Director WW Sales Help.The Sales Help organisation ensures GTM teams' readiness by developing and transmitting knowledge about productivity tools and business processes (incl. policies).It provides onboarding support, ongoing training, analytics, and real-time help.We work in a hybrid environment and we offer the flexibility to work from home and from an assigned Autodesk office to meet the team and for purposeful occasions.ResponsibilitiesAs the Manager of the EMEA Sales HelpYou will help to develop the Sales Help strategyPlan to align with the Global GTM strategic realizationYou will organize and deploy the resources in your region required to deliver support services to the GTM teams to make them successful to drive customer outcomesCollaborate with the other Geo Leads to align and improve service outcomesPrioritize the support activities and organize the resources to maximize your team contribution to the Global Revenue Operations focus areasBuild strong team spirit based on the Autodesk CultureBuild effective collaboration with the GTM Leaders in your GEOEnsure quality and timeliness of the support activitiesProactively develop team skills and expertise to align with GRO focus area and associated requirementsManage a multicultural team of regular and contingent employees, both onsite and remotelyBuild a lasting network with partners and influencers in your regionMinimum Qualifications  3+ years experience in managing Sales and/or Success Operations teamsSolid knowledge of Salesforce and associated productivity toolsUnderstanding of the Sales/Success roles and Sales MethodologiesMotivate and engage team membersTailor and adapt your communication style and present to diverse audiencesExperience to manage change and transformationKnow how to be Impactful with data and insights#LI-LH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
