Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :The RazerStore Retail Marketing US Lead will play a key role in marketing for physical Razer stores in the US, and will work closely with, and support the Store Marketing Lead (based in Singapore) to plan and execute consumer focused marketing programs and campaigns. The US Marketing Lead will also work closely with other specialist marketing functions (notably PR & Social) to ensure deployment of programs/product launches.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that marketing programs developed at HQ level as part of a marketing calendar cadence and implemented regionally as necessary to meet store traffic and revenue targets.Ensure timely execution of all marketing campaigns (Full funnel – OOH Media/Digital Marketing/Influencer Marketing/In-store POSM).Ensure timely execution of all in-store product launches/events, planning in advance and collaborating with various Global Product Marketing team to ensure exceptional launch execution to meet objectives.Act as the primary contact with internal stakeholders (US team) e.g. PR & Social team to support key campaigns (New-store opening, new product launches etc.).Assist the HQ team in the creation of in-store assets (suited to the US market) for key retail occasions (e.g. Prime Day, Black Friday, Double 11, Holidays) and new product launches.Maintain a compelling presentation of merchandise in-store to enhance customer’s experience and help increase in-store conversion rate.Work collaboratively with the HQ team and various store team to ensure the adherence to social content calendar.Bridge business/partnership opportunities with local partners and gaming communities with the objective of increasing awareness/traffic for store.Manage all review platforms (Google My Business/Yelp) to ensure that store details are updated and that all negative reviews are addressed and escalated if necessary.Prepare and communicate weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing reports to global HQ Team.Be a strong consumer advocate, ensuring everything we do is customer-centric.Pre-Requisites :QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
