The ideal candidate is passionate about banking and technology, organized, with a high attention to detail, and exception writing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing the overall bid process including developing and writing responses for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from our sales prospects. This role will support and collaborate with Presales and Sales Enablement team members and will have direct interaction with multiple departments within the company. ResponsibilitiesLead requests and data gathering for Bank Prospects and Clients on RFP, RFI, Due Diligence, and other similar requests from start to finish and meet specified deadlines by establishing priorities and target datesEstablish and ensure adherence to all proposal policies, procedures, and timelines to develop a submission that is technically sound, responsive, compliant, and of the highest qualityWrite, develop, update, and provide on-going maintenance to nCino’s RFP database on a regular basisDevelop the proposal schedule with input from proposal team members and continue to track progress throughout the proposal cycle; assist in the resolution of obstaclesCreate high quality RFP, RFI, Due Diligence and similar responses for nCino by following proposal-writing standards with consistencyCross-functionally partner with legal, sales and operational departments to proactively research, collect and summarize information from numerous sources to complete the proposalFully comprehend strategic direction and communicate into concise, focused messaging within respective proposals and presentationsDevelop visual and verbal concepts appropriate for varied audiences using available internal resourcesIdentify and implement process improvements globallyRequirementsBachelor’s degree in English, Finance, Business or Economics or related4+ years of experience within a financial or software organisation with at least 2 years’ experience in proposal generationReputation as a critical and strategic thought-partner, with a demonstrated ability to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities from disparate sets of information and provide clear conclusions and guidanceProven experience with structured writing projects and proposalsExceptional writing skills with excellent attention to detail for proof-reading, editing and formattingDemonstrated critical thinking problem solving capabilitiesProficient knowledge of MS Office toolsDesired:Project management skillsMarketing skillsExperience in legal and/or contract developmentInternational experience If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
