We are looking for an experienced and motivated Facilities Administrator to join our team and help manage and maintain our facilities at our HRZ campus
Description Description General Facility Management: Provide comprehensive facility management services, ensuring that all facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures including but not limited to: Janitorial, Space management, Safety, PO’s conducting, OpEx/CapEx and other daily general Administrative tasks.
Service Delivery: Address customers inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring timely and quality issue resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing communication.
Contractors Management: Manage service deliveries of vendors, ensuring the timely completion of tasks. Assist in monitoring and assessing vendor performance to maintain high standards.
Communication: Create and maintain clear and concise communication with all relevant parties.
Project and Event Coordination: Manage small operations-based projects and coordinate special small projects and events. Assist with office moves, accounts, ensuring smooth operations across the facility.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Experience in facilities administration, in Hi Tech environment.
