Job Requisition ID #24WD80722Position OverviewA strategic post-sales role to drive on-boarding, adoption of our most at-risk and valuable Indirect accounts by providing guidance and resources directly to customers that demonstrates business value from their Autodesk investment. The Territory CSA's mission is to provide an irresistible and consistent onboard and use experiences for high risk, high value customers in order to help them achieve their desired business outcomes. Territory CSAs primarily engage with customers through triggered actions driving timely, relevant customer success support while allowing us to identify risk to the account and/or opportunity for expansion.​ This role is a hybrid role, and the base location will be Bangalore.Minimum QualificationsAs a Customer Success Representative, you will be the main contact for our customers, responsible for ensuring they derive maximum value from our productsYou will work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and help them achieve their goals. Your ultimate objective is to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, e-mail, and other mechanisms with multiple customer contacts to maximize impact on customer successLeverage CS Action to identify & prioritize engagement with at risk customerYou will engage with customers based on actions to drive higher assignment & usage rateWe are looking for a post-graduate with 5-7+ years of Customer Success experience specifically managing high velocity customer engagementsCollaborate with internal experts to translate customer business/technical challenges into business solutions based on Autodesk products & servicesYou will work with Autodesk reseller & Internal team members to deliver the desired customer valueWill participate in regular team meetings to discuss on customer engagement strategyIt is a customer-facing individual contributor role and will report to customer success lead in IndiaYou will suggest and implement process improvements that improve renewals and customer satisfactionWhile engaging throughout the lifecycle, be able to identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team to pursue the expansion opportunityYou will discover through customer engagement the customer's challenges specific to their industryBe a voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and feedback.Identify customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.Support the closure of renewals together with reseller partners within an assigned accountYou will help Increase the long-term value of customers through strategic engagement and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.Complete Action Document in SFDC right after the call​Use business acumen to determine appropriate next steps with customer​Identifying highest churn customers to contact them early​Regular cadence for handover with Renewals SpecialistLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
