Job Requisition ID #24WD80720Position OverviewThe Midmarket CSA works with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer adoption of Autodesk solutions and ensure ROI for the customer. The Rep will work to drive long-term success by executing an array of outcomes to accelerate customer business goals & drive adoption.This role is a hybrid role, and the base location will be Bangalore.Minimum QualificationsAs a Customer Success Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, responsible for ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and help them achieve their goals. Your ultimate objective is to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.Customer Success Advisor will work with set of Top engaged accounts in MMA to help improve customer experience for AutodeskYou will be accountable for post-sale account management and lead account growth strategy with wider account team membersWe are looking for a post-graduate with 10+ years of Customer Success experience, specifically in managing large customers.Maintain close relationships with important management sponsors within a select group of Engaged accountsCollaborate with internal experts to translate customer business/technical challenges into business solutions based on Autodesk products & servicesYou will work with Autodesk reseller & Internal team members to deliver the desired customer valueWill participate in regular team meetings to discuss on customer engagement strategyUse account planning tools, data, and outcome framework to uncover challenges and identify expansion opportunitiesDeliver QBRs for Engaged accounts, follow-up on resulting tasks and deliverablesCreate Customer Success Plan by creating value-added motion in engaged accountIt is a customer-facing individual contributor role and will report to customer success lead in IndiaDevelop a strategic roadmap with a select group of MMA accounts to ensure the successful and broad adoption of Autodesk solutionsYou will measure customer loyalty by having higher Net-promoter Score (NPS)You will suggest and implement process improvements that improve renewals and customer satisfaction.You will along with Sales team create comprehensive account plans that address customer needs, anticipate challenges, and outline strategies for improved customer experienceWhile engaging throughout the lifecycle, be able to identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team to pursue the expansion opportunityYou will discover through customer engagement the customer's challenges specific to their industryBe a voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and feedback.Identify customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.Support the closure of renewals together with reseller partners within an assigned accountYou will help Increase the long-term value of customers through strategic engagement and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.You will use outcomes framework to guide ongoing customer conversationsPreferred QualificationsCustomer relationship management is key for success of this roleCollaboration with Internal account team & Autodesk partners for executing the strategic outcomeContribute to quarterly / annual planning meetings with account team ​Identify risks and communicate to TASE / RE / Partner​lead regular account planning with TASE on engaged accountsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
