Job Requisition ID #24WD80606Position OverviewThe Autodesk Culture, Diversity & Belonging team is looking for a strategic and impact-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Manager of Global Culture Strategy and Programs. In this role you will work collaboratively to guide, manage, and influence the development and implementation of our global strategic and high impact culture programs across Autodesk. Reporting to the Vice President of Culture, Diversity, & Belonging (VP-CDB), you will be a subject matter expert on organizational culture and transformation, change management, and serve as a facilitator, advisor, and enabler of our key values, behaviors, and mindsets that make Autodesk a great place to work and a trusted partner to our customer and communities. You are a hands-on, collaborative, and inclusive team player who can translate high-level objectives into pragmatic, yet inspiring and impactful solutions. If you have a passion for helping translate culture initiatives into programs that inspire high performance, challenge the status quo, enable innovation, and continue to enhance our employee experience at Autodesk, this role is for you! This position is 100% remote, and can be based in Canada, the U.S., EMEA, or APAC.ResponsibilitiesContinuously assess current culture versus the desired culture to ascertain the overall degree of consistency and to identify specific gaps that need to be addressedWork closely with VP of CDNB and peers to identify the degree of culture shift necessary to achieve desired people and business strategic intent and realizationDevelop and execute a plan that will support leaders and employees in understanding, embracing, and institutionalizing desired mindsets and behaviorsResearch, develop, and implement best practices related to organizational behavior and mindset shiftsIdentify, develop, manage, and scale global culture programs end to end. Facilitate, present, and train leaders and employees on key frameworks, tools, and practices related to culture and changeProvide subject matter expertise and practical guidance on the both programmatic and day-to day adoption of new behaviors, attitudes, and practices around culturePartner closely with peers within Culture, Diversity, and Belonging teams, People Experience teams, Talent Management & Learning, People Business Partners and Consultants, and key business leaders to identify and ensure appropriate alignment on culture with overall business and enterprise goals, functional focus areas, and initiativesAnalyze our people data and translate insights into actions and programmatic solutionsDevelop and track success metricsEnsure ongoing and timely program evaluation against key metrics and success criteriaRecommend, advise, and evaluate key partnerships, vendor solutions, or resources towards enhancing programmatic efforts and prioritiesServe as point of contact for day-to-day communications, reporting, and information requests related to global culture programsProactively update culture related assets and materials as neededServe as an advisor on cross-functional initiatives, providing related input on implications and connections to organizational cultureProvide as requested input into responses to crisis internal/external inquiriesMinimum Qualifications5– 7+ years program or project management experience, leading and executing end to endPrior expertise in organizational culture, development, organizational transformation, and change managementHave a growth mindset, with strong data analytics and research skillsAn exceptional listener, with ability to listen patiently and attentively, to develop clear understanding of where others are and how to adapt approaches based on that understandingAbility to express oneself clearly and effectively using written and verbal communications, adapting style as needed across diverse audiences and leadership levelsExperience and high degree of comfort working with and across globally diverse teams and environments, while treating everyone with respectExcellent organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and requests and meet deadlines in a professional mannerKnowledge of organizational transformation best practices and expertise in employee communication and change managementPrior global program experience for mid-to-large size companyPassion for Diversity & Belonging Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.)  Slack experience a plusPrior people management experience a plusBackground in product, technology, or engineering industry a plus#LI-DW1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
