Apple is looking for a Business Operations Support Analyst to support our Apple Pay and Wallet partners. Working within the Business Operations team, you will focus on delivering an excellent experience for Appleʼs partners in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia (ANZSEA) as they leverage Apple Pay and Wallet to deliver services to their customers. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the Apple Pay onboarding program in ANZSEA. The program supports the onboarding of banks and financial institutions onto the Apple Pay platform. In addition to onboarding partners, you will also be working with the Business Development, Marketing and Technical teams to improve, optimise and maintain our existing partnerships. The role is based in Sydney at our Martin Place offices. Description Description - Manage the onboarding of partners onto the Apple Pay platform. This includes owning the programmatic cadence with the payment network operators to scale and improve the program, and documenting and improving processes. - Work closely with Apple Business Development, Technical, Marketing and Legal teams to improve, optimise and maintain our existing partnerships. This includes finding opportunities to improve the user experience by working with partners to reduce friction when using Wallet services. - Support existing partners with operations related enquiries. This includes supporting the enablement of new platform features and support of billing, reporting and testing activities. - Working closely with the Marketing team, you will support the review of marketing material and partner app UI and UX flows to ensure they meeting Apple standards. - Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements to processes, systems and tools. - Ability to manage by influence key relationships with cross-functional internal teams and partner organisations. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Proven track record of creating, implementing, and managing operational processes. Experience in managing programs or partner onboarding processes across a cross-functional team.
