Description Description - Contribute to the definition of all technical requirements to meet and exceed client computing, audio-visual and network needs
- Research, develop, implement, maintain and deliver training on new networking, client management and Audio Visual technologies
- Conduct regular review meetings with Vendors, Clients and IT Staff
- On-demand diagnosis, triaging and outlining of production issues across global sites
- Tracking and reporting of solution component lifecycle, managing EOL components from proposal to support-handover
- Architect creative solutions exceeding user expectations
- Ensuring consistency with government policies, procedures, structure; applicable local, state and federal laws, codes, regulations and ordinances for data collection in various jurisdictions.
In this role, you will need to:
- Have creative problem-solving skills and an ability to apply business logic to client computer, network and audio-visual network requirements
