Consumer Category Gaming BDMDescription - We are looking for business development manager to elevate our Gaming business in the UK&I. The successful candidate will be the primary commercial stakeholder for our consumer portfolio reporting in the UK&I Consumer Category Head and will work alongside a team of passionate, dedicated category managers and account managers.  HP is the leading UK&I vendor across the combined Consumer Personal Systems portfolio, that includes Laptops, Desktops and Monitors. As business development manager you will be the key point of contact for Gaming for both internal and external stakeholders. They will be accountable for building our market position by working as part of a team to implement the Go-To-Market strategy across the product portfolio, driving the business to achieve key scorecard metrics including Revenue, Margin and Market Share growth. Responsible for the P&L you will work closely with the sales team to determine optimal pricing through analysis of sales trends and competitors to promote sales opportunities, and support the sales function to unlock new business opportunities with both current and new customers. You support in managing channel inventory levels and age by driving the promotional calendar generating accruals for tactical pricing actions and market development funds.  Overall, you will apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. You will act as the gaming leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
