We enable Workday customers to unlock the highest value from their enterprise data, enabling them to make fast business decisions.About the RoleThe Director of Strategic Initiatives drives the orchestration and execution of strategic initiatives on behalf of the GM of Analytics. They multiply the efficiency of the organisation by representing and driving the strategy, streamlining processes, building trust, effectively communicating, mentoring teams and prioritising projects.
