This role will lead the team to drive offers advancement and unlock new business opportunities across the ANZ Channel that help attract new customers and increase attach, upsell and upgrade. A key focus of this role will be to develop new business opportunities within existing Channel Partners and within new partnerships and Routes to Market. As a key leader, they will work in partnership with Route-To-Market Sales Leaders, SP&O teams, Sales Finance, Reseller Operations and DF&A to develop and implement a cohesive growth plan, drive execution and deliver strong performance across all LOBs. They will be driving ANZ sales numbers by providing in-depth insights, analytics, best practice sharing and guidance to the sales teams across Consumer, SMB, Enterprise and Education routes to market. With close connection and alignment with regional and WW teams, the Offers & Business Development lead will provide thought leadership and feedback needed to formulate short-term initiatives and long-term business strategies. Description Description Lead a team of Offers & Business Development Managers & an Insights & Data Science Analyst Unlock new business opportunities and offers that attract new customers and increase attach, upsell and upgrade of Apple Products and Services Lead the identification, scoping, business case development and execution of new business opportunities within existing Channel partners and new Routes to Market Formulate and lead the ANZ ‘targeted growth plays’ and ensure they are integrated in to the ANZ Country Plan, RTM plans and Account Plans Accelerate Worldwide playbook execution within ANZ, and deliver local innovation that enhances the Worldwide playbook. Partner closely with the Route to Market Leads, to ensure effective focus, support and prioritisation of offers initiatives across all accounts Play a central role in all contract negotiations with a particular focus on driving driving superior outcomes within Base Management, Affordability, Upgrade Programs & Digital. Play an active lead role on significant market moving offers initiatives Ensure the team is supporting all worldwide offers submissions and tool development in a timely manner Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Minimum 10 years of expereince within Telco or Consumer CE channel Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Deeply understands the offers landscape across ANZ and can use this experience to guide quality decision-making with partners and across Apple. Experience leading a team within a similar Offers & Business Development capacity Previous Sales experience within Telco or Consumer CE channel Highly analytical with the ability to derive insights from multiple data sources Exceptional negotiation skills and experience leading large scale contractual negotiations Highly capable at developing new business opportunities from concept through to execution A consistent track record of delivering against strategic priorities, navigating complex organisations, and inspiring others to do the same. Outstanding verbal, storytelling and written communication skills A true collaborator, highly skilled at bringing multiple stakeholders together to define an opportunity and build out solutions that scale Ability to think laterally and to challenge the status quo and create opportunities Ability to resolve complex issues and develop solutions creatively and effectively Proven experience supporting diverse sales teams and channels to market High level of integrity; ability to preserve confidential and sensitive information with discretion Results focused, you have the leadership skills to drive outcomes that are directly aligned to regional business plans and WW strategy Ability to challenge the status quo, exhibiting a passionate ambition to lead others toward a common vision, and influencing through exceptional partner management skills.
