This role will proactively engage directly with customers through data-driven triggered actions and react to inbound customer-initiated triggers. The CS Rep's mission is to create customer loyalty and growth through irresistible customer experiences.Minimum QualificationsBuild onboarding and adoption strategies to grow usage of Autodesk solutions by reactively responding to customer inquiries You will report to Customer Success HeadDrive a high volume of quality engagements by phone, e-mail, social media, and other mechanisms with customer contacts to maximise impact on customer successWe are seeking post-graduate with 5+ year of Customer Success experience, specificallyThis is an Individual Contributor reporting to Customer success head in IndiaYou will be expected to work from Autodesk Bangalore officeYou will assist customers by providing direct guidance and resources to help onboard new solutionsFocus on closing maximum customer actions identified & assigned enabling us to improve customer coverageIdentify and assist at-risk customers who have low adoption of products to increase the value they receive toward meeting our goals. You will work with sales teams, the reseller partner ecosystem, technical support, client services, and others to guide customer success motions and resolve customer activation/onboarding/usage issuesClose out a range of data-driven customer success motionsGuide high-level customer satisfaction and experience to ensure continued customer adoption of Autodesk products through customer value-added conversationYou will engage with customers to help them achieve the desired outcomes leading to create customer success storyPursue subject matter expertise in the needs and value drivers for onboarding and usage of Autodesk solutions for administrators, users, and decision-makers within customersWhile engaging throughout the lifecycle, be able to identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship and support the sales team to pursue the expansion opportunityLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
