As a Vice President Segments Sales – Patents for our Americas region, you will lead commercial sales professionals to expand service offerings, secure new business, renegotiate agreements (renewals), and retain base revenue.  All while delivering outstanding customer experiences.  You will report to the Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property (IP) Sales and will be a critical member of a high-performing sales team.  In this role, you will lead and manage teams of sales professionals, develop and leverage relationships with key internal stakeholders, exhibit excellent executive communication skills and navigate a complex matrix organization. This role will require you to have a mastery of change management techniques, setting strategy, leading high-performing teams, team accountability, and the ability to build relationships and influence across an enterprise level organization. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsMinimum of 10 years’ experience in Intellectual Property, Patents preferred, or highly adjacent Legal industry.Minimum 5 years of leadership and people management experience with global, matrix organizations and capacity.  It would be great if you also have . . .  JD or MBAExperience selling at the Director, Vice President, Partner, and Chief Executive level in an organization.
