Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :The regional Community and Influencer Manager role will work with the global community team to develop and execute regional strategies to engage with the Razer community in the US, Canada and Latin America.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegional Community Engagement:Monitor community discussions, feedback, and sentiments to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.Respond promptly to community inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and empathetic manner.Regional Community Growth:Collaborate with regional marketing and global content teams to create compelling content and initiatives that resonate with our community.Proactively identify and participate in relevant online and offline communities to expand our reach and foster new relationships.Execute regional community-based events, campaigns, and initiatives to encourage participation and build a sense of belonging among members.Influencer Relations:Identify, research, and engage with regional influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and target audience.Under the direction of the global team manage regional partnerships, collaborations, and sponsored content with influencers to amplify our brand message and reach.Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future partnerships.Brand Advocacy:Empower community members and influencers to become brand advocates by providing them with resources, support, and recognition.Develop and implement regional ambassador programs and incentive initiatives to reward and incentivize loyal community members and influencers.Analytics and Reporting:Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics related to community engagement, influencer partnerships, and brand sentiment.Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
