In the coming year NGINX will play a foundational role in the success of F5’s move to SaaS and the success of F5 Distributed Cloud. The Business Operations Data Analyst supports the business and programmatic activities of the NGINX product group. Business Operations Data Analyst will manage standard and reoccurring reporting and analysis of business metrics. They will be responsible for generating and maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that the leadership team will use to measure performance, drive decision making, and set clear expectations with the ELT. This role will partner with the Chief of Staff to the General Manager closely to deliver key performance metrics that will be used to inform QBRs, fiscal planning, and more. Additionally, this role will be responsible for engaging with and understanding what success looks like across functional groups within the product group. This is a highly strategic and analytical role that requires a self-starter capable of operating in an ambiguous world. They will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver value and actionable insights. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, a strong communicator, and able to navigate through uncertainty. What will you do?Business and Programs Planning and Strategy• Support the Chief of Staff and program managers to deliver operational excellence through analytical and administrative project-based work• Project/program manage operational rhythm-of-business initiatives to increase visibility and awareness of the business and driving change• Own weekly reporting and analysis of various KPIs. • Collect and organize data from various sources and be able to communicate the connection to the higher-level goals of the company • Collaborate with cross-functional teams inside and outside the product group. • Experience with statistical and database software, preferably familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.
