And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.Overview:The Email Communications Program Manager is responsible for driving the planning, initiation, and execution of workstreams developed to reduce customer friction associated with F5 email communications.  The role is highly collaborative with cross-functional teams within F5 including marketing, product management, legal, customer success, engineering, and technical services. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global B2B SaaS organization, including experience in email marketing. marketing operations, and/or email technologies.  The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and can work with a wide range of stakeholders from individual contributors to executive leaders.Responsibilities: Leads working group: Sets agendas, directs working sessions, distributes notes/action items, conducts regular follow-ups ensuring accountability.Manages workstreams and deliverables: Develops workback plans, schedules, and RACIs. Manages timelines and monitors for risks, actively working with stakeholders to address blockers and to develop solutions.Drives stakeholder collaboration: Builds positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.  Recognizes opportunities to connect with the right people at the right time supporting work streams impacting customer email communications and systems.Develops program communications: Creates a variety of communications including meeting recaps, program updates, and presentations as part of the rhythm of business.Ensure effective messaging: Strategically aligning email communication efforts with organizational goals. As needed, help craft impactful messages in collaboration with stakeholders.Reporting Accountability: Supports team in utilizing dashboards and reporting analytics to track progress and deliverables against success metrics KPIs.Qualifications:BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or other related field, or relevant experience. 8 years of experience in program management, ideally in B2B marketing, email marketing, or email marketing operations.A strong self-starter with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Curious and driven to connect the dots to bring visibility and clarity to programs. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams within a technology organization that result in positive business and customer outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.) and Microsoft 360 suite.Excellent organizational skills.
