The Opportunity We are looking for a strategic product marketing leader for Adobe’s K-12 Education segment. This leader will be responsible for the business and marketing strategy for the segment across all our DMe offerings. They will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple Go to Market cross-functional teams, as well as product groups. This is a highly visible position as we are heavily investing in this customer segment with a lot of untapped opportunity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the leading Adobe categories such as creativity, design and documents, exude ownership of the business and be able to deliver tangible results in a matrixed environment. What You’ll Do Define and drive the overall Education K-12 marketing strategy Partner closely with different DME product management teams on defining product strategy and innovation cross-portfolio Drive strategic updates and discussions with senior executives Develop deep knowledge of the K12 business, content quality and supported content type and be the expert in market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market growth drivers in the space. Lead the annual planning process for the business and deliver the 3-year growth strategy and business plan Lead a growing team of product marketing leaders coaching them to drive impact. Define the critical metrics for measuring success across product marketing activities Lead a cross functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM Strategy Define a clear vision for the business and GTM strategy required to win in each category. This includes: TAM, market share, competitive assessment Target audience definition and priorities, customer needs including curriculum, templates, Gen AI value etc. Growth levers across product, GTM, geos, partnerships Pricing & Packaging Marketing strategy Value proposition and messaging Distribution strategies including partnerships and ecosystem Engagement strategy Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment What You Need to Succeed Be an experienced senior-level PMM and understand the needs to teachers and students for creativity and productivity in the classroom and school related activities Strong marketer who understands what marketing including how to reach to these audiences, drive demand, traffic and adoption of the s/w Be an experienced senior-level PMM and understand the needs to teachers and students for creativity and productivity in the classroom and school related activities Passionate about Gen AI and its impact on Education. Self-starter and proactive leader with a minimum of fifteen years of industry experience, along with experience building highly effective teams.Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,300 -- $356,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
