Position Overview:The Salesforce CPQ QA and Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions. This position involves performing rigorous testing, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CPQ, quality assurance methodologies, and excellent problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Experience required- 3-6 yearsQuality Assurance:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce CPQ functionalities.Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionalities.Support and Troubleshooting:Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for Salesforce CPQ-related issues, working with end-users to diagnose and resolve problems.Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Maintain documentation for common issues and resolutions to streamline support processes.Continuous Improvement:Analyze test results and user feedback to recommend and implement improvements to Salesforce CPQ configurations and processes.Stay updated with Salesforce CPQ best practices and industry trends to ensure optimal system performance.Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in meetings and provide insights on quality and support-related matters.SailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
