As a result, employees are empowered to do their best work, without security getting in their way. We are on a mission to improve the quality of our software to improve the overall user experience and satisfaction by providing top notch quality software that ideally never presents significant disrupting BAU bugs.Therefore, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our growing team. The Software Engineer in Test will be responsible for designing testing frameworks and maintaining them, help developing healthy quality practices within the teams, and overseeing test execution to ensure that our products meet customer and business requirements.Your day-to-day ● Collaborate with development teams to understand projects, consult on testing strategy, implement framework upgrades● Create and maintain test frameworks, tooling, CI workflows, etc.● Collaborate with Product team to align QA objectives with business objectives on a continual basis ● Perform exploratory and automated testing of software applications alongside developers, advise on scalability, performance, design.● Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve them● Assist on developer experience projects, on automated test writing, on feature-projects● Contribute to the improvement of quality and software development processes and methodologies● Participate in incident management process, helping to identify and mitigate sources of preventable incidentsWhat you bring to the team ● Strong white-box testing skills and ability to "dive into the code"● 5+ years of experience in software automated testing and quality assurance● Experience with Agile development methodologies● Experience with distributed systems● Strong understanding of software development and testing principles, and of DevOps basics● Experience with test automation and scripting in Python, experience developing testing frameworks● Experience testing web, and/or desktop applications● Familiarity with performance and load testing (Jmeter, Loadrunner, Locust)● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills● Excellent written and verbal communication skills● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
