Today, we are increasingly known as “The AI computing company”.What You’ll Be Doing:Responsible for all aspects of physical security systems and technology, including the design, configuration, installation, integration, maintenance, and administration of systems, platforms, and applications across the globe Lead and develop the Global Security Systems & Technology (GSST) team, which is located across multiple global regionsMaintain the functionality and integrity of access control management, video surveillance, intrusion detection, communication, alarm monitoring, and Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) systems and platformsEstablish relationships, credibility, objectivity, and respect across all parts of the business and with fellow company leaders to ensure an effective program Develop and maintain corporate security policies, procedures, and standards that ensure NVIDIA’s compliance with various U.S. Government requirements and industry standardsLead all security technology related assessments, self-inspections, violation investigations and reports to ensure site and corporate physical security technology standards are maintainedOversee all physical security contracts and requirements with security vendors, business partners, and third parties Deliver on key projects and monitor business acquisitionsExplore new technologies and drive the overall strategyCurate relationships with industry peers, vendors, and key public agencies worldwide to keep ahead of industry threats and technology advancementsWhat We Need To See:Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or related field of study15+ overall years in a similar role within a multinational corporation and 5+ years of management experienceIndustry standard methodologies and metrics defining operational excellenceDetailed knowledge of physical security network architectureOperations of critical environments (i.e., datacenters)Excellent interpersonal skillsValidated decision-making and discernment skillsEffective communications with ability to influence senior leadershipUnderstands differences in standards and culture across geographiesWays To Stand Out From The Crowd:Graduate degree in a related field of studyDeep understanding of systems integration and new technologiesExperience with industrial security requirements and risk management frameworksAdvanced training and industry recognized certification (CISSP, PSP, PMP, etc.)NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
