Job Summary:Workday HR Data Analyst (12 month fixed term with scope to make permanent)Company: Live NationDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: London – Farringdon (hybrid)Reports to: Director, HRISWorking Hours: 40 p/wRole DescriptionThe Workday HR Data Analyst supports the global HR systems team, aiding HR and Finance Partners in EMEA and APAC regions during the transition to a new People Planning tool which is being integrated with Workday. This role is responsible for supporting HR and Finance teams, auditing and updating their data in Workday, to ensure high levels of data accuracy. It is a hybrid role based in the UK, with monthly travel to London.This role provides an opportunity to support critical HR functions, improve data management practices, and contribute to the successful implementation of a new People Planning tool.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and analytical skills with a passion for data integrity.What the role includesProactive Partnership - Engage with HR Partners across EMEA and APAC to understand and address their data maintenance needs, conducting regular check-ins to provide tailored supportData Audits - Perform regular audits on position and employee data in Workday, identifying discrepancies and presenting findings for HR input and review. Train up HR Partners to be self sufficient on data auditing best practicesUser Support - Assist HR Partners with updating Workday - troubleshooting queries and making corrections/rescind as requiredBulk Changes - Compare data sets and prepare mass data loads templates (EIB’s) in Excel, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
