Job Summary:Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is following in the footsteps of the original Brooklyn location, noted as “one of the most incredible places on Earth,” by Rolling Stone. Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is the ultimate night out, with its groundbreaking integration of premiere music, 19 lanes of bowling, bars featuring locally crafted beers, and food by the acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group. Located in Germantown, adjacent to home of the Triple-A Nashville Sounds baseball team, the venue will be Brooklyn Bowl’s third location.Wearing its homegrown values on its sleeve, Brooklyn Bowl is committed to locally made products, environment sustainability, and boasts an unprecedented combination of top-flight music, bowling, beer, and food.The Role: Barback is responsible for bar service equipment/supply maintenance and set up.  This position will maintain the cleanliness of the bar and service area during the shift and perform functions under supervision as business requires.Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of all bars and appearance of work area to meet departmental standardsMaintain bar and service ware during shiftProvide assistance with all bartending services required for fulfilling customer requestsObtain bar stock, ice and service items from storage areasReplace beer kegs, soda tanks, CO2 tanks, wine-on-tap containers as requiredClean the bar area continuously during the shiftRemove used service items from the bar area as requiredAssist Bartender with bar set-up and break-down as requiredCut (prepare) fruits and vegetables for cocktail garnishesClean, stock and replenish all items located at the bar and in the beverage storage areasPossess an in- depth knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktailsCommunicate any problem or guest concern to management in a timely mannerSide work as needed.
