Job Requisition ID #24WD79119Position OverviewReporting to the VP Growth Marketing worldwide, the AMER Growth Marketing Senior Director has responsibility for overall planning and execution of ABM & demand gen activities across AMER Region. With a team of direct reports, they will drive awareness of the Autodesk brand and solutions, run multi-channel marketing programs, creating marketing experiences that engage customers across the lifecycle to drive growth.ResponsibilitiesSenior leader, with responsibility to drive the overall AMER growth marketing initiatives in line with local requirements as well as corporate goalsDirectly manages the AMER Account Based Marketing team & Responsible for overall AMER ABM marketing budget, investing it judiciously to maximize ROIAccountable for managing the overall marketing strategy & approach for AMER working in tandem with the other matrixed divisions driving campaigns in market for different segmentsResponsible for overall AMER ABM marketing budget, investing it judiciously and reporting on ROIEnsures continuous optimization of demand gen activities through objective review and improvement of content and tacticsDrives amplification of Autodesk marketing strategy through channel partners (MDF investments, training, etc.)Actively engages cross-functionally within the AMER organization and with global brand and industry teams Acts as single point of contact for aligning execution in the AMER with brand objectives and industry business and positioning prioritiesAs the local marketing leader, ensure communication and collaboration with the AMER country leadership teamDrives strong alignment among the wider marketing teams executing in AMER to create a trusting & healthy team environmentLeads pan-AMER or Global Marketing projects as and when necessaryActively participate in the Global AGM leadership to define strategies beneficial for the entire organizationMinimum Qualifications15+ years of experience in marketing for high-tech companies of which at least 5 in management positionsProven success in managing in a matrixed organization and working with virtual teamsKnowledge of state-of-the-art marketing automation capabilities and how to utilize them to engage a target audienceDeep experience analyzing digital marketing metrics to inform decisionsDemonstrated ability to develop and adapt marketing content tailored to engage specific personasExcellent English language skillsDemonstrated success in ABM, demand generation tactics including digital marketing and social marketing automationIndustry knowledge relevant to Autodesk market is an advantage#LI-SS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $172,700 and $279,400. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
