We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The OpportunityAs ASO PMM Program Manager, you will be accountable for DC Mobile – Reader & Scan acquisition initiatives on the App & Play Store.In this role, you will proactively drive marketing programs, partnering closely with ASO agency Phiture, product managers to build clear roadmaps/project plans, collaborate go-to-market and campaign marketing teams to provide seamless development, deployment and execution of mobile releases and updates globally to drive business outcomes for DC Mobile.You will be responsible for end-to-end ASO processes, status communications to partners and leadership teams and reporting on App and Play Store campaign performance, including performance content events and features.What you will do:Manage end-to-end development and implementation of DC Mobile acquisition initiatives on the App & Play StoreCoordinate across product and engineering teams to build clear product roadmaps, clarify requirements of new releases to Reader & Scan on iOS and Android.Partner with go-to-market, campaign marketing, social, and paid media teams to proactively drive marketing programs on the App & Play StoreDevelop detailed, cross-team project or program plans that consider all requirements, constraints and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, timelines, and desired program outcomesWork closely with ASO agency - Phiture, to deploy mobile releases and updates globally and execute on campaigns, including in-app & promotional content events to drive awareness of new features and updates to Reader & Scan.Plan and maintain project schedules from initiation through delivery including tracking budget/spending.Analyze scope needed to achieve program goals, assess resource requirements and lead change controlLead cross-functional activities and teams, ensuring completion of high-quality projects on time and within budgetAggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information to deliver clear status communication to project teams, partners, and leadership teamsCoordinate and run operational, project, and executive check-in meetingsContinually evaluate existing processes and procedures and drive improvementsEstablish credibility with peers and be a driving force for change when neededPerform risk management: identify, analyze, respond, and control risks, resolve project-specific issues and partner concerns in a timely mannerEngage with regional teams for international deployment of capabilities and contentResponsible for end-to-end ASO process training and onboarding for app product teamsWhat you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of program/project management experience preferably with large enterprise web projectsHands-on experience with Google Play Console, App Store Console, Agile, Assana, Slack, MS Office, project management methodologies with confirmed leadership capabilitiesSolid understanding of iOS, Android, and Web technologies, including web content management systemsExperience publishing to mobile app stores (Google Play, Samsung and Apple)Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Project, SharePoint, JIRA, Asana, and WikiVendor management experience (creative and research agencies and organizations)Excellent business partner management and presentation skillsThe ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, overly communicative, a team player with a proven track record in operating effectively and autonomously in the successful delivery of complex global projects. The person exhibits an innovative, forward-thinking approach to problem solving and can juggle several projects and shift priorities as needed.The candidate can work well with both technical and non-technical individuals up and down the org, capable of absorbing large amounts of information and the ability to distill it down to the essentials.The person is a planner who brings order and resolve to a fast-paced environment with matrixed organizations and can stay calm, focused on solving problems.The ideal candidate has strong communication, risk management skills and can respectfully facilitate the successful resolution of issues. The person contributes to the development of monthly and quarterly ASO update decks, RTB presentations and ad hock share-outs.Experience7+ years working as a digital project/program manager in a mid to enterprise size environment experience supporting the planning and project management that accompanies either mobile or app store releases Experience working closely with outside agencies/vendors Experience following defined processes and governanceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $92,800 -- $172,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
