AOM SupportDescription -The AOM Support works within a global, multicultural and fast moving business environment, supporting Sales Operations, Business Units (shorten BU) and Sales Force, in the area of Account and Management . He/she is located in the Sales Operations Direct Operations team and has a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:INTEGRATED FINANCING AND DIRECT LEASING MANAGEMENT for PS Contractual/DaaS deals.Is accountable for Ad-hoc Reporting for Lease managementAsset tracking per Serial number (S/N) for all deployment sitesSend notifications 3 months prior and 1 month prior to end of leaseShipped vs. delivered reconciliation reportsRevenue reconciliation reports for monthly invoicing of HW and Services deployedSupport Customer AOM (Sales Ops PM) in managing Early Termination / Buy outFill in special form for HPE FS for early returns for each S/NReview contractual clauses to calculate the associated customer feesInstruct Contract Management Operations (CMO) team on how to adjust customer monthly invoicesFollow-up with customer to receive PO and update Asset DatabaseSupport Customer AOM (Sales Ops PM) in managing Disposal / End of LeaseFill in special form for HPE FS for each return with all impacted S/NEnsure customer readiness for return and arrange pick-up with and HPE FSManage escalations and extra fees coming from HPEFS for returned assets (HPE FS reserves 2 months after pick-up of old devices to do an inventory check)Follow-up with customer to receive PO to cover any potential HPE FS logistic fees associated with these returnsCANDIDATE PROFILE:Business acumenExcellent reporting skills, advanced use of MS Office Excel functionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsActive listening skillsCustomer relationship managementNegotiation and influencing skillsBeing accountable with customer without direct management responsibilityCross regional leadershipTime managementability to prioritizeability to cope with workload peakstradeoff between operational (short term) priorities and  solution related (longer term) prioritiesProject management skillsBachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred or equivalent experience.Project and/or Program Management preferably within an international environmentAbility to travel.Fluent in English.
